Abstract

The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of Child Abduction is where family law meets international law. In an age of increasing international travel, such cases are growing in frequency, and the need for practitioners to take on Hague cases has grown exponentially. This brief article outlines the general steps necessary to represent children in such proceedings.
