Abstract

In this all new edition of our text on comparative civil litigation we are pleased to have added two additional experts to the distinguished group of authors: John Sorabji of University College, London, and Rolf Stürner, Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiberg (Br.) Each of them have brought new insights and perspectives to the book. Using contemporary and classic material, it is suitable for both class instruction and academic research. The Introductory Chapter and the Table of Contents are downloadable.
