Abstract
The high rate of life, constant stresses makes important to study the energetical aspects of the functioning of the personality. One of this aspects is existential fulfillment. Existential fulfillment is the important resource of the professional activity of the personality. So we decided to make research in the context of professional development. We based on the theory of four existential fundamental motivations developed by A. Längle. The sample of our investigation includes 300 respondents – managers-feminists from different Russian companies. We used two techniques: Test for Existential Motivations (TEM) and the Scale of existence. As a results we made conclusion that women-feminists have significantly more high degree of existential fulfillment and lower level of alienation in various spheres of professional life than man-feminists.
The highest scores on the "existential fulfillment" scale we found among respondents engaged in large business, the middle business and non-profit sectors of business. Top-managers and middle-managers has higher level of existential fulfillment than simple managers.
