Abstract

Article is devoted to investigation of the problem of special conditions and features of transition to inclusive education in Russia. Correctional system in Russia considers child with disabilities as the problem for social system. Unfortunately, such approach was saved from Soviet-Union epoch. The main trend of development is transition of inclusive education in from correction of person with disability to inclusive education and adaptation.

We conducted semi-structured interviews of inclusive teacher of Russia. The sample include 35 teachers from different schools in Russia. Analysis of results allow us to formulate the advantages of inclusive education. On the first inclusive education provide creation of condition for effective collaboration and cooperation of children with and without disabilities. On the second communication between children with and without disabilities is useful for children without disabilities for education of tolerance, humane and lovable relation with neighbor.

We made the conclusion that the majority of teachers agree with transition of Russia to inclusive education.
