Abstract

An effective student services program is the one which encourages supervisors to focus their primary attention in building effective work groups to facilitate the realization of Student Development Services strategic goals. Evaluation of this student services must be made regularly to update on the effectiveness of each student services.

This study aimed to evaluate the efficiency level of the student services of ESSU Guiuan Campus. It initially seeks to know the profile of satisfaction level of the group of respondents: students, faculty and administrative staff.

The descriptive- evaluative survey using cross-sectional sample survey approach was utilized in this study. The data gathered through a stakeholder survey questionnaire. This design is used to appraise carefully the worthiness of the current study.

In this study, three groups of respondents were involved: the Administrative Personnel a total of (31) staff ; the faculty group composed of (40)regular faculty from the eleven (11) curricular programs; and the students group with (285) members randomly selected from the eleven (11) academic departments of the University. The data were collected from respondents then the answers were tallied and conducted a frequency count, and get the mean to identify its interpretation.

The findings shown that the students, faculty and administrative personnel articulated that Student Services of ESSU Guiuan Campus was greatly efficient with a mean score of 3.95. However, among the three groups of respondents, the group of students has the highest level of satisfaction with 40.70% were extremely satisfied.
