Abstract
This article explores the sexual revolution in young children today. In the context of examining the children's rights movement, it focuses on the broader context of developing constitutional doctrines that treat the child as a separate legal entity, tracing the movement toward sexual emancipation of the child by reviewing the reproductive rights of children, concluding with a prognosis for the future to protect the best interests of children.
