Portuguese Abstract: Este artigo discute a revisão do regime do setor empresarial do Estado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 133/2013, colocando-a na perspetiva histórica e analisando-a à luz do contexto factual da crise financeira que a motivou.
English Abstract: This paper, written in Portuguese, discusses the amendment of the regime applicable to the State undertakings sector carried out by Decree-Law 166/2013, placing it in the historical perspective and analysing it light of the factual context of the financial crisis which led to it.
