Abstract

This is my testimony from "Latest Developments in Combating Online Sex Trafficking," a hearing of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce, Subcommittee on Communications & Technology. My testimony discusses how to balance Section 230's policy objectives with anti-sex trafficking initiatives such as the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017.
