Abstract

This article examines the international law applicable to the protection of human health in armed conflicts situations. It also addresses the different international initiatives on attacks on health care, including on humanitarian access. In addition, it discusses the challenges surrounding non-state armed groups, as a threat to health care, but also as health care providers.
