Abstract

The paper provides a brief review of Israel's counterterrorism law vis-a-vis the rule of law, against the theoretical background of the legal challenges of the rule of law under extreme conditions.,Israel is an interesting case in hand as despite living with terrorism since its establishment it managed to maintain an uninterrupted democracy and ranks relatively high on the rule of law indexes.
