Abstract
The home is an organization in which some people develop their activity to achieve results, according to their social function. This paper uses the theory of action in the firm to explain action in the home, first from the point of view of the agent who acts, then from the point of view of the organization and, finally, in the home, emphasizing transcendent motivations, the development of virtues, love and the ethics of care.
