Abstract

After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 U.S. remained only as a global political power Caspian States, special importance due to its Geopolitical position in Eurasia and its energy reserves Powerful countries like the US, Russia and China realized that sustainable energy resources can accelerate and strengthen their economic and military interests Therefore, US foreign policy towards this regions is suitable for conducting a foreign policy analysis and examining this fundamental change in US foreign policy with Globalization Effects.
