Abstract

This paper in the first part is a translation (from Greek to English) of the Decision 6/2002 of parts of the Greek Special Supreme Court (Anotato Eidiko Dikastirio) on the issue of German Reparations. The second part discusses the decision and in particular the question of whether there exists a customary rule for individual tort claims in cases of jus cogens violations.
