Влияние социальной экономики на занятость (The Impact of the Social Economy on Employment)

Abstract

Russian Abstract: Компоненты социальной экономики в Болгарии имеют свою историю, традиции и перспективы. Кооперативы, которые являются наиболее естественным потенциальным носителем характеристик социального предприятия, получили масштабное развитие еще в довоенный период в результате объединения усилий людей и незначительных материальных возможностей с намерением самостоятельно справиться с социальными трудностями. В демократический период социальная экономика развивается отдельно, не заявляя намерений в политическом спектре, и поэтому отходит на второй план общественного внимания, но находит среду для развития его потенциала, параллельно с развитием гражданского общества. Путем обеспечения занятости уязвимых групп общества, социальная экономика помогает объединить экономический и социальный ресурс для преодоления социальной изоляции и приводит к снижению риска бедности и социального исключения, к устойчивости мер в сфере социальной политики.

English Abstract:The components of the social economy in Bulgaria have their own history, traditions and perspectives. Cooperatives, which are the most natural potential bearer of the characteristics of a social enterprise, received a large-scale development in the pre-war period as a result of uniting people's efforts and insignificant material possibilities with the intention of independently cope with social difficulties. In the democratic period, the social economy develops separately, without declaring intentions in the political spectrum, and therefore falls into the background of public attention, but finds an environment for the development of its potential, in parallel with the development of civil society. By providing employment for vulnerable groups of society, the social economy helps to combine economic and social resources to overcome social exclusion and leads to a reduction in the risk of poverty and social exclusion, to the sustainability of social policy measures.
