Abstract

French Abstract: La première richesse d'un territoire étant sa population, comment celle-ci peut-elle affronter avec succès les défis d'une économie désormais globalisée ? Ce texte montre que c'est en utilisant les ressources qu'offre l'intelligence territoriale, que la gestion de l'aménagement des territoires peut être optimisée et favoriser in fine le dé-veloppement économique. Puisque l’analyse proposée est appliquée à la région dé-nommée Grand Est (Alsace-Champagne Ardenne-Lorraine).

English Abstract: The first wealth of a territory being its population, how can it successfully face the challenges of a now globalized economy? This text shows that it is by using the resources offered by territorial intelligence, that the management of territorial planning can be optimized and ultimately promote economic development. Since the proposed analysis is applied to the region named Grand Est (Alsace-Champagne Ardenne-Lorraine).
