Abstract

The paper is devoted to the problems of providing of security of elections in the electronic voting system in Russia. The electronic voting system can be applied to the guarantees of complete security of elections against possible falsifications. We made the analysis of the implementation of the State Automated System "Elections" in Russia. This system should be used during election more carefully in comparison with the USA, where electronic voting is already actively used. According to the State Automated System "Elections", each voter receives the check from the computer that is the small piece of paper with the voting results. It is needed to put this piece of paper into the voting box, that is, if there are any doubts about the electronic data, it is possible to check. We made the conclusion electronic voting system will be developed and used in Russia. Such systems can both provide enough security of elections and allow to collect, transfer and process information quickly.
