Перспективи за използване на офсетните сделки (Perspectives for Use of the Offset Deals)

Abstract

Bulgarian Abstract: Статията представя основните характеристики и възможности на офсетните сделки, техните предимства и недостатъци на глобалния пазар за отбранителни продукти. Проучването очертава мястото на офсетните сделки за придобиване на оръжие и оборудване за нуждите на въоръжените сили на Република България. Основният извод се фокусира върху необходимостта от сътрудничество и координация в областта на осигуряването на сигурността.

English Abstract: The paper presents the main features and the opportunities of the offset transactions, their advantages and disadvantages in the global market for defense products. The study outlines the place of the offset transactions for the acquisition of weapon and equipment for the needs of the Armed forces of the Republic of Bulgaria. Main conclusion focuses on the need of collaboration and coordination in security assurance.
