Фактори, определящи размера на инвестициите в повишаване на енергийната ефективност на сградите (Factors and a System of Models for Measuring Their Impact on the Economic Efficiency of Investment in Improving Buildings Condition)

Russian Abstract: Изготвянето на модел за управление на състоянието на сградите трябва на първо място да идентифицира факторите и тяхното потенциално влияние. Като такава се отчита дебелината на термоизолационния материал, икономиите на енергия, осигурени от този материал, цените на използвания в сградата енергиен източник и размерът на инвестициите за полагане на топлоизолацията върху сградата. Измерването на въздействието на всеки фактор изисква специфичен аналитичен модел. В допълнение, всички тези модели могат да бъдат комбинирани в система за оценка на икономическата ефективност на инвестиция в цялостното изграждане на топлоизолация. Очакванията са, че тази система от модели ще позволи предварително да се оцени всяка инвестиция, когато се избира измежду множество топлоизолационни материали и има различни енергийни източници в сградата.

English Abstract: The making of a model for management of buildings condition needs at first place to identify factors and their potential influence. As such has been recognizes the thickness of the thermoinsulation material, the energy savings provided by this material, the prices for the energy source used in the building and the size of investment in laying the thermoinsulation on the building. Measuring the impact of each factor requires specific analytical model. In addition, all these models can be combined in a system for evaluating the economic efficiency of an investment in overall building thermoinsulation. Expectations are that this system of models will allow to appraise in advance any investment when choosing among multitude thermoinsulation materials and having different energy sources within the building.
