Abstract

Albanian Abstract: Ky punim synon te jep informacione,dhe njeherazi është një përpjekje për të sjellë para lexuesit profesionist disa nga çështjet dhe problemet më të mprehta të kategorisë së fëmijëve të rrugës,si dhe njeherit për të identifikuar dhe prezantuar detyrat dhe përgjegjësitë që kanë në radhe të pare prindërit e fëmijëve,por edhe aktorë të tjerë siç janë institucionet përgjegjëse që merren direkt me respektimin dhe mbrojtjen e të drejtave të fëmijës. Artikulli është përgatitur duke ju referuar studimeve sasiore dhe cilësore që janë bërë në këtë drejtim,në lidhje me çështjet kryesore të ngecjes se zhivilimit psiko sociale dhe emocional të fëmijës,studimi dhe të dhënat e mbledhura në mënyrë direkt,intervista me profesionistë të ndryshëm që merren direkt më këtë çështje që kanë një eksperiencë në përballen me rrugë dhe problematika të tjera në përkujdesjen dhe mirëqenies e fëmijës.Pas analizës së të dhënave nga burime kryesore,në këtë artikull identifikohen problematika më kryesore më të cilën përballet kjo kategori sidomos kur kemi të bejm me aspektin e ngecjes së zhvillimit psiko sociale dhe emocionale të fëmijës,ngase kjo është forma me të cilën përballet kjo kategori e fëmijëve të identifikuar në lloje të punëve të rënda dhe të rrezikshme për moshën dhe shëndetin e fëmijës. Artikulli përmban gjetjet e evidentuar gjatë studimit,si dhe një listë rekomandimesh për prindërit dhe fëmijët,që ju drejtohen institucioneve dhe aktorëve të ndryshme qe të merren urgjent në rritjen dhe edukimin e drejt dhe emocionale të fëmijës.

English Abstract: The article is an attempt to bring if front of professional readers some of the most acute issues and problems of the category of street children, and the same time to identify and introduce duties and responsibilities of, primarily parents of children, but also other stakeholders such as institutions, that deal directly with the protection and respect of child rights. The article has been prepared,by referring to the quantitative and qualitative studies that have been done in this field, about the main issues on the psychosocial and emotional development stagnancy of the child,to the data collected directly and studied,interviews with various professionals involved directly on this issue and that have experience and face other problems in the field of care and welfare of children. After analysis of data from primary sources, this article identifies the main problems facing this category,especially when dealing with the aspect of psychosocial and emotional development stagnation of the child, because this is the form faced by this category of children identified in the types of heavy and dangerous work for the child's age and health.

The article contains findings identified during the study,as well as the list of recommendations for parents and children,which are addressed to various institutions and stakeholders to take urgent measures and increase educational and emotional support to the child.
