Bulgarian Abstract: В този доклад е направен преглед на икономическите характеристики на офсетните сделки с отбранителни продукти, като са разгледани норма на офсетните задължения, минималната стойност на поръчката, офсетни коефициенти (мултипликатори) и наказателни санкции. Изследването очертава разнообразието от прилагани практики от различните държави в офсетната политика в тази област и основните характеристики, които определят спецификата на офсетните сделки.
English Abstract: This paper provides an overview of the economic characteristics of offset transactions with defense products. The norm of offset obligations, the minimum contract value, the offset coefficients (multipliers) and criminal penalties are considered. The study outlines the variety of practices applied by different countries in the offset policy in this area and the main characteristics that define the specifics of offset transactions.
