Abstract

Bulgarian Abstract: Корупционните действия, извършвани от полицейски служители, са елемент от корупционната престъпност като цяло. Към настоящия момент те представляват относително масово и устойчиво явление, социално детерминирано и със свое структурно разпределение. Процесът на познание в областта на разкриването и разследването на всеки вид престъпления и установяването на техните извършители е познавателен и се развива в посока от незнанието към познанието, от непълните данни към тяхната съвкупност и цялост, от явлението към същината и установяването на истината. В този смисъл добрата теоретична обезпеченост на разследващите органи и оперативно издирвателните структури е важен инструмент за повишаване ефективността на тяхната работа по противодействие на корупционната престъпност.

English Abstract: The consideration of acts of corruption committed by police officers allows the theoretical provision of the investigating authorities and operational detection structures, which is an important tool for increasing the efficiency of their work in combating corruption crime. The study makes an analysis and summary of issues related to the corruption of the officers of the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Bulgaria and carried out crimes, investigation of the personality and offending behaviors, as well as solutions in improving practices in countering and preventing corrupt activities conducted by police officers. The research work on the tasks - processing of data typical to corrupt officers of the Interior Ministry, setting directions for improving the preventive activities in relation to the studied subjects in corruption crime areas of activity and summarizing the manifestation of corrupt practices - displays key findings and recommendations to develop efficient methods of investigation of corruption of police officers and undertaking appropriate preventive actions.
