Русенският университет 'Ангел Кънчев' и перспективите на иновационното развитие на северна България ('Angel Kanchev' University of Ruse and the Perspectives for Innovative Development of Northern Bulgaria)

Abstract

Bulgarian Abstract: Стратегически приоритет на съвременното развитие на Република България е устойчивото подобряване на иновационния й потенциал, позволяващ в международен план преминаването й в групата на т.нар. „умерени” иноватори. Реализацията на тази приоритетна рамка се постига с осъществяването на определени и точно дефинирани цели, които предполагат наличието на съвкупност от фактори, свързани с научния, промишлен, иновационен и инвестиционен потенциал на регионите и създаването на подходящи възможности за развитие на нови, конкурентни технологии и производства, позволяващи достигане на качествени предимства на произвежданите продукти, предлаганите стоки и услуги. В доклада са разгледани състоянието и перспективите на иновационното развитие на Северен централен район и съседните райони в контекста на стратегическите приоритети в областите на мехатрониката, робототехниката, новите материали и технологиите с цифрово управление, биомедицината и биотехнологиите, и индустрията за здравословен начин на живот.

English Abstract: A strategic priority of the modern development of the Republic of Bulgaria is the sustainable improvement of the innovation potential of the country which to allow its transition in international scope into the group of countries called 'moderate' innovators. The realization of this priority framework is achieved with the implementation of specific and clearly defined goals that imply a set of factors related to the scientific, industrial, innovation and investment potential of the regions and the creation of appropriate opportunities for development of new, competitive technologies and industries leading to the qualitative advantages of the products, goods and services. The paper discusses the state and perspectives for innovative development of the North Central Region and neighboring areas in the context of the strategic priorities in the fields of mechatronics, robotics, new materials and technology with digital control, biomedicine, biotechnology and healthy lifestyle industry.
