Abstract

Cloud Computing is becoming a new computing mechanism that utilizes computing resources on the network for data processing. There is a need of efficient distribution of workload among all data centers to provide available resources to the customers within less time. To utilize the major resources in Cloud Computing one of the major problem we are facing is Load balancing. Load Balancing is one of the major issues in Cloud Computing that allows distribution of workload across one or more servers, datacenters, hard drives, or other computing resources. In this paper Elite NSGA III has been used as a soft computing approach, the method discovers the optimum restructuring solutions that minimizes the make span of given tasks set. This application of ELITE-NSGA III algorithm shows better results compared to previous load balancing algorithms.
