Abstract

Human being is paramount creation in the world holds rights from the beginning of birth. Each members of the human family have the equal rights every time at everywhere without classification or compare of fitness. This article has been made an endeavor to demonstrate the recent atrocious incident through the parents to the child. Children are different for less abilities and capacities than adult, predominantly dependent on parents. The paper targets to expand our thought about this incidence, factors as well as eventual effects on the society. This article accomplishes through raising public consciousness in the society from legal, ethical perspective and promoting protective measures should be accepted to reduce child killing in Bangladesh.
