Abstract

There is wide variety of research going on in the area of Social Networks. Of course, this research can be beneficial to the society in many ways. The aim of the research done in this paper is finding of most important nodes lying in the overlapping region which can be called as influential nodes.

This paper describes two case studies: one on a small graph showing clusters and identifying the max cliques and other on a large graph of face book. It shows visualizations in 2-D,3-D.List out strongly connected components which could be used further to compute different measures of centrality in order to identify nodes that form an interim part of the network.
