Профессия Полевой Интервьюер (Field Interviewer Profession)

Abstract

Russian Abstract: Препринт написан по результатам методического проекта, организованного Лабораторией методологии социальных исследований Института социального анализа и прогнозирования РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации в 2017 году. Проанализировав серию биографических интервью с интервьюерами звонковых центров, был реконструирован жизненный мир полевого интервьюера, представлена комплексная картина профессиональной идентичности базовой специальности в индустрии опросов общественного мнения.

English Abstract: The preprint was written based on the results of a methodical project organized by the Laboratory of Social Research Methodology of the Institute for Social Analysis and Forecasting of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in 2017. After analyzing a series of biographical interviews with interviewers of call centers, the life of the field interviewer was reconstructed, and a comprehensive picture of the professional identity of the basic specialty in the industry of opinion polls was presented.
