Abstract

Bulgarian Abstract: Тази статия разглежда вътрешнофирменото обучение като процес на непрекъснато образование, съсредоточено върху основните фактори, които влияят върху непрекъснатото образование. Неразделна част от този анализ е посветена на експертните и процедурни подходи към вътрешнофирменото обучение. Най-важните инструменти, които учителят може да използва при провеждането на обучението, се обсъждат подробно.

English Abstract: This article considers in-house training as a process of continuous education, focusing on the main factors that influence the continuous education. An integral part of this analysis is devoted to the expert and procedural approaches to in-house training. The most important tools that the teacher can use when conducting his / her training are discussed in detail.
