Abstract
Serbian Abstract: Značaj upravljanja rizicima preduzeća se tokom protekle dve decenije dramatično promenio, pretežno zbog pojave novih rizika, brojnih finansijskih skandala i napretka tehnologije. Predmet posebne pažnje su, pored finansijskih, postali operativni i strategijski rizici, dok je odgovornost za upravljanje rizikom preneta sa službe finansija na izvršni i upravni odbor preduzeća. Ključna promena je nastupila razvojem shvatanja da preduzeće ne treba da taktički upravlja pojedinačnim rizicima, već treba da strategijski i koordinisano upravlja ukupnim rizikom preduzeća. Tako je razvijen koncept Upravljanja rizikom preduzeća, koji podrazumeva primenu sveobuhvatnih strategija za upravljanje ključnim rizicima u cilju maksimiziranja vrednosti preduzeća. Cilj ovog rada je da se predstave, objasne i analiziraju alternativni okviri, principi i aktivnosti procesa Upravljanja rizikom preduzeća. U radu je ukazano na značaj uloge izvršnog i upravnog odbora u razvoju jedinstvenog okvira upravljanja rizikom, neophodnost razvoja organizacione kulture koja podstiče sve zaposlene na upravljanje rizikom, značaj procene svih relevantnih rizika i neophodnost stalnog unapređenja sistema upravljanja rizikom u skladu sa promenama poslovnog okruženja.
English Abstract: The importance of enterprise risk management has dramatically changed during the two past decades, mostly because of the appearance of new risks, numerous financial scandals and technology progress. The subject particularly to be observed has included, besides financial, also, operational and strategic risks, while the responsibility for risk management has been transferred from financial service to executive and management board. The key change happened with crucial understanding of the fact that enterprise should not tactically manage individual risks, but it should strategically and coordinately manage global enterprise risk. Thus, the concept of enterprise risk management has been developed. This concept has implied global strategies application for key risks management in order to maximize an enterprise value. The aim of this paper is to point out the important role of executive and management board for development of unique scope of risk management, as well as, the necessity of organizational culture development to encourage all employees to risk management. This paper has, also, implied the importance of assessing all relevant risks as well as the necessity for constant risk management system improving in accordance with changes of business environment.
