Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of the impact of training programs on morphofunctional state and physical preparedness of Russian students. During one year we applied special methods and technologies within the framework of physical education and mass sports events. At the same time, we conducted the investigation of morphofunctional state and physical preparedness of Russian students. The parameters of the study included age, weight and body length (height), systolic pressure (SAD) and diastolic (DAD) pressure, the Skibinsky index (ind_Skib), indicators of pull-up and load-press kits, indicators of manual dynamometry. We used the following indicators of physical readiness: cross for (500-1000 m) and sprint (100 m). After one year of training sessions, we conducted the repeated examination to determine the effect the impact of the investigated indicators of techniques on morphofunctional state and physical preparedness of Russian students. We made the conclusion that incorrectly applied training programs and techniques of physical education can significantly complicate work and negatively impact on the morphofunctional state and physical preparedness of Russian students.
