Abstract
This chapter provides an overview and analysis of the most important company law decisions in Singapore in 2017. More specifically, the chapter considers the developments in the following areas of Singapore company law: separate legal personality and veil-piercing, shadow and de facto directors, directors' duties, ratification, companies struck off the register, attribution, the oppression remedy, and just and equitable winding-up.
