Abstract

This short paper is the editorial published in a special issue of the Maastricht Journal of European and Comparative Law in 2006 focusing on the impact of the Employment Equality Directive (2000/78/EC) and the Racial Equality Directive (2000/43/EC) on two states with mature systems of anti-discrimination law: the UK and the Netherlands.
