Abstract
The purpose of this document is to lay out a general strategy for companies who competes with Amazon, in some segments of the market. The strategy includes three dimensions: marketing, behavioral (finance), and innovation. The marketing component suggests head to head match-up. The behavioral finance component is critical as investors mainly focus in two elements: memberships and EPS; the membership element is a strategy element to fix. The innovation component is to come out with ONLY ONE product that is a game-changer for the company. While presenting the strategy is an important factor, yet implementing the strategy is the critical element and varies across companies.
