Abstract
English Abstract: At the first sight, the term "reasonable time of process" reveals a vague, generic concept, which exegetic essence is specially located in the international case-law. Within the system of international protection on human rights, the dialectic "Time x Process" evolves itself according to the international treaties and the interpretative decisions adopted through the institutional activity of regional human rights courts, under the light of the contemporary concept of state obligations.
