แนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการปริญญาโท สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรป่าไม้และสิ่งแวดล้อม ภาคพิเศษ (The Developmental Approach of Master of Science Program in Forest Resource and Environmental Administration, Special Program)

Thai Abstract:: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินการบริหารจัดการโครงการปริญญาโท สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรป่าไม้และสิ่งแวดล้อม ภาคพิเศษ ในด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิตของโครงการฯ และเพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ ของนิสิตปัจจุบัน อาจารย์ผู้สอนและผู้ใช้บัณฑิต โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยแบ่งการสรุปผลและข้อเสนอแนะออกเป็น 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ด้านกระบวนการและด้านผลผลิตของโครงการ โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง นิสิตปัจจุบัน จานวน 83 คน อาจารย์ผู้สอนจำนวน 10 คน และผู้ใช้บัณฑิตจานวน 30 คน รวมจานวน 123 คน จากประชากรทัง้ หมด 159 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1)การประเมินด้านบริบท นิสิตปัจจุบันมีความคิดเห็นต่อโครงการด้านบริบทในภาพรวม ระดับเห็นด้วยมาก ในส่วนของอาจารย์ผู้สอน มีความคิดเห็นต่อโครงการในด้านบริบททัง้ ในส่วนของวัตถุประสงค์ โครงสร้างและเนื้อหาหลักสูตร ส่วนใหญ่เห็นด้วย 2) การประเมินด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น นิสิตปัจจุบันมีความคิดเห็นต่อโครงการด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นในภาพรวม ระดับเห็นด้วยมาก 3) การประเมินด้านกระบวนการ นิสิตปัจจุบันมีความคิดเห็นต่อโครงการด้านกระบวนการในภาพรวม ระดับ เห็นด้วยมาก 4)การประเมินด้านผลผลิต นิสิตปัจจุบันมีความคิดเห็นต่อโครงการด้านผลผลิตในภาพรวม ระดับเห็นด้วยมากในส่วนของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีความคิดเห็นต่อโครงการด้านผลผลิตในภาพรวม ระดับเห็นด้วยมาก แนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการฯ1) ด้านบริบท กาหนดวัตถุประสงค์ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของนิสิตและสังคม ปรับลดจานวนหน่วยกิต หมวดวิชาบังคับ และเพิ่มจานวนหน่วยกิตหมวดวิชาเลือก 2) ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น กาหนดจานวนผู้ที่จะเข้ารับการศึกษาให้เหมาะสมปรับเทคนิคการเรียนการสอนให้หลากหลายและสอดคล้องเนื้อหาในแต่ละรายวิชาเน้นการดูแลความสะอาดและความทันสมัยของอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการเรียนการสอน 3) ด้านกระบวนการ เพมิ่ เติมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรเพื่อฝึกประสบการณ์ ทั้งฝึกปฏิบัติ และฝึกทักษะในการปฏิบัติงาน จัดเวลาในช่วงวันหยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ ให้นิสิตสามารถเข้าพบและขอคาปรึกษาจากอาจารย์ผู้สอนได้ หากมีกรณีต้องปรับเพิ่มคะแนนให้นิสิตบางส่วนจะต้อง ปรับเ พิ่มให้นิสิตทุกคนด้วย4) ด้านผลผลิต กาหนดโครงสร้างเนื้อหาวิชา และเทคนิคในการถ่ายทอดความรู้ไปสู่ผู้เรียน ทักษะ ภาวะผู้นา การยอมรับความคิดเห็นผู้อื่น ให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของนิสิตและผู้ใช้บัณฑิต. English Abstract:: This research objective is to study the developmental approach of Master of Science program in forest resource and environmental administration based on the opinion of current MS (Forest Resource Administration) students, lecturers, and employers. The objectives of this study were to explore context, input, process, and output. The quantitative and qualitative were analysis by of 123 people: 83 students, 10 lecturers, and 30 employers sampling. The research tool was set with questionnaires. It has been found that there are four factors, all the factors can relatively explain that 1) the majority of students agreed on context, whereas, the lecturers were toward on context especially on program objectives, curriculum, and processing of selecting in terms of objectives into operational objectives and entering relevance to the objectives 2) The output was ranked at high level by students 3) The students were agreed to the output as high level and 4) the overall outputs were ranked at high level by students. The finding from this research can be useful to MS (Forest Resource Administration) in the future. The development of the Project 1) Context objectives to meet the needs of students and society. Reduction Credits Compulsory and increase the number of elective credits 2) Input. Determine the number of people who will be educated accordingly. Adapting teaching techniques and a consistent focus on the availability of content in each subject. And modernization of equipment used in teaching. 3) Process Additional extracurricular activities to experience. And practice, practice and practice to practice 4) the yield structured content. And technical knowledge to the students. Leadership skills to toe the others. To suit the needs of students and graduates.
