Abstract

This is an activity used with mature students on part-time Exec Ed programs. The exercise is used as a lead into a follow-on discussion of how appraisal and review processes in their workplaces are or might be operated as well as related issues such as confidentiality, impartiality, perceived fairness and subsequent considerations of the potential for, threats to, or critiques of this type of ´leading from the front´.
