Thai Abstract: บทความนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการปัญหาน้าเสีย, จิตสำนึกสาธารณะและการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการปัญหาน้ำเสีย 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการปัญหาน้ำเสีย จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชน และ3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการปัญหาน้ำเสียและการมีจิตสานึกสาธารณะกับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการปัญหาน้ำเสีย โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป ในชุมชนตรอกข้าวสาร เขตบางซื่อ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 355 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบสัมประสิทธิส์หสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน โดยกำหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการปัญหาน้ำเสีย อยู่ในระดับมาก การมีจิตสา นึกสาธารณะของประชาชนอยู่ในระดับมาก และการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการปัญ หาน้ำเสีย อยู่ในระดับน้อย การทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศและรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนที่ต่างกันมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการปัญหาน้ำเสียแตกต่างกัน ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้าน อายุสถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชน ต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการปัญหาน้ำเสียไม่แตกต่างกัน นอกจากนั้นยังพบว่า ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการปัญหาน้าเสียไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการปัญหาน้ำเสียในขณะที่ การมีจิตสำนึกสาธารณะมีความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกันกับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการปัญหาน้ำเสีย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติอย่างยิ่งที่ระดับ.01

English Abstract: The purposes of this study were to 1) study the level of knowledge, public consciousness and people’s participation in waste water management 2) compare participation of people in waste water management distinguish by demographic factors, including gender, age, marital status, education level, job, average monthly income and Duration of community living 3) to study relationship between knowledge of waste water management, public consciousness and the people’s participation in waste water pollution management. The samples were 355 person who had over 18 years old in Trok-Khao-San community, Bangsue district, Bangkok Metropolis. The instrument collected the data was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze was Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Coefficient by the level statistical significant at .05. The result of the research found that the level of knowledge in waste water pollution management was high. Public Consciousness of people was high. The level People’s Participation in waste water pollution management was low level. Hypothesis testing revealed that differences of demographic factors concerning gender and average monthly income different people’s participation in waste water pollution management. But different demographic factors such as age, marital status, education level, job and Duration of community living have similar people’s participation in waste water pollution management. Moreover, the relationship between knowledge in waste water pollution management was not relationship of people’s participation in waste water pollution management. While Public Consciousness was correlated in the same direction of people’s participation in waste water pollution management. statistically significant at.01
