Abstract

I will briefly analyse current Nigerian laws (case laws/ statute) that buttress the need for Social Medias inclusion as a means of service of court process. I will be pointing out reasons why Social Media has come of age and why analogue has to be jettisoned to set the stage for Twenty first Century innovations and advancements.
