Abstract
Article in Spanish: The work critically evaluates Puerto Rico's moral rights regime considering freedom of speech interests and user dynamics in a digital environment. It also considers the uneasy relationship between Puerto Rico's moral rights system and U.S. copyright law, in terms of statutory and conflict preemption as well as other matters.
