Development is never ending process which requires suitable model as per relevancy of time and circumstances. There is the necessity of integration of vertical, horizontal and bottom up approaches of development together to realize the goal of development. As development is related to life, liberty and property of people, development should not be considered only with economic development but also with sustainable environment, happiness and comfort of people and healthy surroundings. Human being may enjoy development only in the uprightness of mental, physical and spiritual satiation. On the one hand, human has to get sufficient food, shelter, and clothing and on the other hand they should have good education, happiness, recreation and creativity for challenging work. It requires economic and social development with participation, empowerment and environmental integrity applicable to local society. There should be reform in macro and micro economic indicators so that just and equitable society may be created by applying competitive environment and pro poor people policy by government. Likewise, anthropocentric developmental model may lead chaos to ecosystem and ecology that result human species in extinction. Biocentrism is necessary in developmental agenda so that nature is preserved as well as developmental work is realized.
