Abstract
French Abstract: Le modèle selon lequel l’urbain domine le rural est extrêmement prégnant dans les théories d’économie urbaine à travers les décennies, dans les présentations statistiques de l’Insee et dans les réglementations françaises. Dans un premier temps, l’auteur explique la prédominance de cette théorie, puis, dans un second temps, il démontre que ce modèle est largement caduc dans un monde globalisé.
English Abstract: The model according to which the urban dominates the rural one is extremely important in the theories of urban economy through the decades, in the statistical presentations of the INSEE and in the French regulations. At first, the author explains the predominance of this theory, then, in a second time, he demonstrates that this model is largely obsolete in a globalized world.
