Abstract

Russian Abstract: Трансплантация органов справедливо считается одной из самых революционных медицинских технологий, способных необратимо улучшать состояние здоровья пациентов с тяжелыми формами хронических заболеваний. Но не смотря на заложенный в ней терапевтический потенциал, ее распространение в большинстве стран мира сталкивается с проблемой постоянного дефицита донорских органов. Принятая стратегия решения этой проблемы состоит в создании в каждой стране системы органного донорства, которая складывается в зависимости от уникальных особенностей национальной культуры, территориальной специфики и модели социально-экономического развития.

English Abstract: Organ transplantation is rightly considered to be one of the most revolutionary medical technologies that can irreversibly improve the health of patients with severe forms of chronic diseases. But despite the therapeutic potential inherent in it, its distribution in most countries of the world is faced with the problem of a constant shortage of donor organs. The adopted strategy for solving this problem is to create in each country a system of organ donation, which is formed depending on the unique features of the national culture, territorial specificity and the model of socio-economic development.
