Project goals that require appropriate ex ante studies aimed at verifying the economic sustainability of the projects.

The economic evaluation of the project is based on an appropriate feasibility study (Sdf) aimed at verifying ex ante, with a holistic approach, the possibility of realizing the best project idea in consideration of the analysis of technical profiles, urbanistic-building aspects, legal and economic, including those of financial sustainability and management of the work."
