Abstract

Many lawyers and law students neglect the role structure can play in crafting persuasive arguments. They instead primarily focus on finding the right content. This short essay suggests a different approach: first figure out the right structure, then it can actually be easier to find—and include—the right content.

Keywords: Persuasion, advocacy, structure, parallelism
