Abstract
The paper is devoted to the analysis of ethics of PR in market conditions of Russia. RR-specialists have developed their ethical codes. These codes have a very different structure, each of them often focuses on a particular aspect of PR-activity. One of the first works devoted to ethical issues in the PR are the works of I.A. Avdeeva, but many of them were presented by the author in the final monograph “The Ethics of PR. Theoretical and philosophical analysis”, which is interested for theorists and practitioners. We made the conclusion that the depth of the problem is not only how necessary ethics is for the existence and future success of PR as profession, but also whether sociality and morality and, in particular, moral norms in the economic and political sphere are compatible in general: real practice has repeatedly shown that success the market is far from following to moral law.
