Abstract

The paper deals with the analysis of socio-philosophical and psychological-pedagogical aspects of the development of the intercultural competence of future PR-specialists. We considered different approaches to the study of intercultural competence. Intercultural interaction based of intercultural competence as the most important condition of the effectiveness of joint work. Based on the analysis of presented models of intercultural competence we made the conclusion that the PR-specialists know the basics of intercultural competence. The acquisition of further experience of interaction with representatives of other cultures, as well as the intercultural participant cooperation is educational and professional tasks of development of PR-specialists.
