Abstract

The paper is devoted to the analysis of structure and specificity of professional translation activity of PR-specialists. We concentrated on the necessity of translation activities of PR-specialists. PR-specialist more often deals with the informative translation. The main function of PR-specialist is to transfer some information, which does not have artistic and aesthetic impact on the reader. We made the conclusion that the main goal of public relations activities in the sphere of professional translation is to persuade the targeted audience by translation to accept the idea or encourage to take any action.
