Abstract

Russian Abstract: В статье приводятся наиболее распространенные определения угрозы социально-экономической безопасности, предла- гаемые отечественными и зарубежными исследователями. При этом в экономической литературе предлагаются различные варианты состава социально-экономических угроз. Однако имеют место тенденции к его неограниченному расширению, включению в него обычных недостатков, свойственных переходному состоянию. В этой связи в статье выделены факторы, способные формировать угрозы социально-экономической безопасности, с разбивкой по группам. Кроме того, развивается мысль о разделении угроз на внутренние и внешние с поиском взаимосвязи между ними. При проведении классификации угроз социально-экономической безопасности сделан вывод о тесной взаимосвязи угроз и категорией риска. Сформирова- на концепция риска в стратегии социально-экономической безопасности. В этой связи вводятся принципиально новые для нашей системы экономического анализа, расчетов и информации показатели «компенсационные ресурсы» и «компенсаци- онный потенциал», даются определения им.

English Abstract: The article presents the most common definitions of the threat to socio-economic security offered by domestic and foreign researchers. At the same time, the economic literature offers various options for the composition of socio-economic threats. However, there are tendencies to its unlimited expansion, the inclusion of the usual drawbacks of the transition state. In this regard, the article highlights the factors that can form threats to socio-economic security, broken down into groups. In addition, the idea of dividing threats into internal and external with the search for interrelationships between them is developing. When conducting classifications of threats socioeconomic security the conclusion of a close relationship between threats and risk category. The concept of risk in the strategy of socioeconomic security has been formed. In this regard, fundamentally new indicators for our system of economic analysis, calculations and information “compensation resources” and “compensation potential” are introduced, definitions are given to them.
