Abstract

The paper deals with the analysis of Features of public Relations of Railway Transport in Russia. We concentrated on the main directions of PR-activity in the sphere of Railway Transport including rebranding and sports sponsorship. In our opinion one of the important elements of a PR strategy is the creation and promotion of the image of a company leader. We believe that rebranding as one of the most important elements of the strategy of reforming the company was necessary. We made the conclusion that PR activity of Russian Railways has a clear goal, plan, and brings results in the form of the generally positive image of the company in Russian society. An important indicator is the attractive image of the company in the labor market as one of the best employers.
