Abstract
This Article addresses the various complexities of using audio recordings at trial, ranging from foundational elements to potential objections from opposing counsel. This Article also articulates voice identification and the importance of the use of transcripts to audio recordings. Furthermore, this Article provides practical and important considerations for use of audio recordings at trial.
