Abstract

The Indian Automobile sector is one of the major drivers of economic growth hence Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems becomes a crucial part of any business organizations. The implemented of ERP system with a goal to improve each and every aspect of the organization, (strategic, organizational, business, management, operational, or IT infrastructure). Previous studies show that improvements in business process increased productivity, quality of product and improved integration amongst the business units. The ERP systems are typically assumed to be a technology in which organizations need to align their business processes and workflow to the embedded with ERP system. The impact of ERP systems would be of great importance from a theoretical and rational perspective. The aim of this paper is to find the impact of ERP on product and process quality. A case study has been done on Eicher Motors Ltd.
